Factors involved in Nicotine Discoloration

cropped-cropped-logo.png

THE FACTORS INVOLVED IN NICOTINE DISCOLORATION

Nicotine has an unpleasant smell, bitter taste, transparent liquid color, when in contact with air and light sources can easily change to dark red color due to oxidation. It is soluble in water and alcohol, when in contact with the nose and mouth it can be easily absorbed by the skin.

‘The Nicotine’ added into the e-liquid for vaping should be clear to light yellow and usually those which are not anymore recommended for vaping (e-cigarette) use are dark yellow or red in color.
Your nicotine color can affect the the final color of your E-liquids, since the Flavor concentrates you’ll use in mixing may come with their own distinct colors.

When the nicotine is exposed into certain temperature and light sources or not stored properly over a period of time, the color can progressively change to yellow then eventually to red color.

Nicotine as an alkaline solution will experience a change of color from clear to light yellow to red during the mixing process with other acidic substances. This phenomenon is normal and will not affect the quality of the e-liquids
After a long-term Test and Experiment conducted at HiLIQ FlavorLab, we found some of the reasons why nicotine color changes.

1. AIR: OXIDATION BY AIR CHANGES THE NICOTINE AND THE DEGREE OF CHANGES DEPENDS MOSTLY WITH ITS CONTACT TO IT.

The longer the exposure of the nicotine with air the higher degree of changes with the color we will obtain.

4444_03

Test date: 2015.9.14-2015.12.1

Observation: On the picture we can see that bottle A in the left side is filled with air and the bottle B in the right side came sealed with no air. After 2 months experiment we can see clearly the difference that the bottle A is more yellowish than Bottle B. Pure Nicotine follows the same process too!

2.CHEMICAL REACTIONS WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES.

Nicotine as an alkaline solution will experience a change of color from clear to light yellow to red during the mixing process with other acidic substances.

4444_06

Test date: 2015.9.14-2015.12.1

Observation: On the picture, we can see that bottle A contains nicotine diluted into VG and on the right side we can see it is diluted in PG. Both were kept in the same experimental environment for two months – We can see the color of the nicotine diluted into VG is more yellowish than the one diluted in PG. Therefore, VG reacts with nicotine more easily and accelerates its oxidation process faster. In this note, we highly recommend using PG when diluting nicotine and storing them properly.

3.TEMPERATURE: IT’S A KEY PLAYER IN NICOTINE DISCOLORATION, THE NICOTINE IS NOT HEAT RESISTANT, THUS, AT A HIGH TEMPERATURE, NICOTINE QUALITY CAN DEGRADE FASTER.

The nicotine has to be kept in an absolutely low temperature, especially in summer or tropical areas where the weather is usually hot!

4444_08

Test date: 2015.9.23-2015.12.1

Observation: On the picture, bottle A have the diluted nicotine solution kept at a constant, normal room temperature while bottle was kept under 5℃ low temperature with the same conditions applied to other experiments. We can see that the color of the liquid on Bottle A is darker than bottle B, therefore, the right temperature to store your nicotine is very critical in Nicotine Discoloration.

4. STORAGE CONTAINERS: NICOTINE IS A STRONG SUBSTANCE. IT IS VERY CORROSIVE AND CAN EASILY CHANGE ITS CHEMICALS FORM WHEN IN CONTACT WITH VARIOUS SUBSTANCES THAT RESULT WITH CHANGING OF ITS MOLECULAR ASPECT OR COLOR, SO CHOOSING THE RIGHT CONTAINER IS VERY IMPORTANT.

we recommend that you store it in glass bottles as they don’t interact chemically with organic substances, or processed fluorine containers.

4444_11

Test date: 2015.9.23-2015.12.1

Observation: On the picture, we can see three different types of bottles kept for 2 months and we can see vivid results. The brown glass bottle on the left rejects lighting and is perfect for long time storage, the middle is general transparent glass bottle suitable for observing the color changes but need to be stored in dark place to avoid contact with light sources, on the right side we have a PE plastic bottle that is made from organic materials , if nicotine is stored in it for long time will have some reactions and is definitely not fit to store nicotine.

5.TIME: IT HAS DEFINITELY AN IMPACT ON THE NICOTINE DISCOLORATION AS ANYTHING HAS A WARRANTY PERIOD ESPECIALLY IF USED OVER TIME.

The longer you keep it the more likely it will change color.

4444_15In the precedent picture, we can see some samples of nicotine that we saved during the production period over the year under experimental conditions and we can see a clear changes on the color. Therefore, storing nicotine for a long time is not a good idea and we highly recommend to use the nicotine as fresh as possible to ensure the quality and the safety of the product.

CHINA-AUSTRALIA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT SEALED

source

Last 17th of June 2015, the groundbreaking China-Australia Free Trade Agreement also known as ChAFTA was finally signed in Canberra by Australia’s Trade and Investment Minister Andrew Robb and China’s Commerce Minister Gao Hucheng.

This is a another FTA sealed as the months-old FTA in Korea and Japan are doing well in terms of the number of export records they obtained as compared to last year.

This is a monumental event as it will open more opportunities to both countries especially for Australia since majority of its export market in terms of goods and services are coming from China.

Australia’s Trade and investment with China accounts nearly third of its total exports and continues to be a growing source of foreign investment.

On full implementation, ChAFTA is expected to cover 95% of Exported Australian goods to be tariff-free. Australian businesses and households can expect cheaper priced goods from China starting from home furniture, car engines, clothing and electronics, among others.

In the Electronic cigarette and liquid market, while it is not specified on whether the ChAFTA will provide better opportunities to Vapers and the businesses behind it, Australia continues to be a big market to the Vaping industry. In HiLIQ experience alone, sending E-liquid products to Australia has never been an issue.

The sales of nicotine based e-cigarettes are prohibited by Australian Federal Laws. Shops in Australia may only sell ecig with no-nicotine. While the retail sale of Electronic cigarette is illegal, federally, consumers can purchase nicotine-based E-cigarettes/ liquids for their own personal use as long as it is from international online vendors like HiLIQ. Under the Therapeutic Goods Personal Importation Scheme — a consumer is allowed to import up to 3 months supply per delivery and no more than 15 months supply imported over a 12-month period. There will be no GST (Goods and Services Tax) Fee once the order is placed over international supplier and under $1,000 purchase threshold. So, if not all, most of our Australian customers enjoy tax and duty free package delivery with door to door service.

*Check your most recent state laws governing the purchase of E-cigs with nicotine content from international sources as it varies per state and from time to time.

Getting to Know Nicotine

Blog picture 2

As a Vaper you probably heard the word “NICOTINE” as much as E-liquid or E-juice or E-cigarettes, — and all its accompanied pros and cons. But what is it really?

Let’s make an introduction to nicotine:

A family rich in alkaloids. About 5 percent (by weight) of the tobacco plant is nicotine (C10H14N2),
A naturally occurring liquid alkaloid. An alkaloid is an organic compound made out of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sometimes oxygen and it can have potent effects on the human body. The morning cup of coffee you enjoy, for instance, contains another type of alkaloid: caffeine. Cigarettes typically contain about 10 milligrams of nicotine (sometimes up to 20 milligrams, depending on the brand); when you smoke a cigarette, about 1 to 2 milligrams get absorbed by your body.

Meanwhile, in Electronic Cigarettes, the e-liquid where you get your refill to Vape can contain 3 milligrams of nicotine up to 36 milligrams (depends on personal usage). The regular nicotine content is at 12milligrams to 18 milligrams and based on the study conducted Ecigarette Research Advocates Group, the results showed that nicotine absorption from e-cigarettes was significantly lower compared to tobacco cigarettes.

Little bit of history:

Nicotine was isolated from tobacco leaves (Nicotiana tabacum) in 1828, but the powerful effects of nicotine were already well recognized. The tobacco plant is native to America and its use as a medicine and stimulant goes back at least 2000 years and most likely many millennia before that and It was not until 1994 that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration officially determined that nicotine was a dependency-producing drug. The U.S. Supreme Court subsequently ruled that the FDA could not regulate nicotine as a drug.

However, all this attention did encourage legal action that resulted in the tobacco companies paying billions of dollars to cover health care costs of tobacco-related diseases. On June 22, 2009, President Obama signed the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, landmark legislation that gives the U.S. Food and Drug Administration authority to regulate the manufacturing and marketing of tobacco. While tobacco consumption is declining in North America and parts of Europe, it continues to increase in many parts of the world. For instance Developing countries in general and China in particular but that’s another story.

Blogg pictureBefore electronic cigarettes rises in the year 2005 Nicotine is already well known among scientist and agricultural professionals because of its use as an insecticide. One reason for the rapidly growing market that developed for nicotine products was that entomologists and veterinarians who joined agricultural pest-control agencies relied more and more on the products in the fight against increasing infestations. They suggested that the sources of tobacco then available be improved. Tobacco solutions that once were poured away after having served their purpose in tobacco factories were reclaimed and sold for insect control. The effective control of sheep mites and ticks with nicotine dips created a large market for nicotine products. Outbreaks of the parasites during the 1890’s brought about federal regulations in the United States and made sheep dipping mandatory for interstate shipments. Important markets for nicotine had also been developed in other sheep growing areas. The chemist and chemical engineer were brought into the tobacco business in order to manufacture concentrated products more efficiently. The expanding demand for nicotine caused the development of methods for recovering the alkaloid from tobacco extracts. The alkaloid was removed in whole or in part from such extracts, which thereby improved in quality because nicotine was neither desirable nor required in flavoring extracts. Continued progress was made in purifying and concentrating the insecticide product.

Before 1880 tobacco flavoring sauces and home-made tobacco extracts were in general use. In 1881 extracts carrying 2 to 3 percent nicotine were offered. The alkaloid content was increased to 6 and 10 percent by 1885. A 40-percent solution of free alkaloid appeared in 1895: an 80-percent solution, primarily for greenhouse use, was put out in 1898. Nicotine sulfate appeared in 1900, first with 10 percent alkaloid and later with 40 percent. It has since become the standard nicotine solution of the agricultural trade. Nicotine tannate appeared in 1929 as the first fixed nicotine compound. It was followed in 1933 by nicotine bentonite. The alkaloid of 99.9 percent purity was offered for commercial use in 1940.

Conclusion:

Some expert says if it weren’t for nicotine, people wouldn’t smoke tobacco. Why? Because of the more than 4,000 chemicals contained in the tobacco smoke, nicotine is the primary one that acts on the brain, altering people’s moods, appetites, and alertness in ways they find pleasant and beneficial. As the noted tobacco researcher M.A.H. Russell once wrote:

“There is little doubt that if it were not for the nicotine in tobacco smoke, people would be little more inclined to smoke than they are to blow bubbles or to light sparklers.”

Unfortunately, as it is widely known, nicotine has a dark side: It is highly addictive. Once smokers become hooked on it, they must get their fix of it regularly, sometimes several dozen times a day. Cigarette smoke contains 43 known carcinogens, which means that long-term smoking can amount to a death sentence. In the CHINA alone, more than 2 millions Chinese die every year from tobacco-related illnesses.

Nicotine may give the users certain satisfaction they need and feed the cravings, however it is important to remember that what is in excess brings harm. As per the use of nicotine in E-liquid, we always suggest to our end users to choose the lowest concentration of nicotine possible to be able to enjoy the flavors to the fullest. web analysis The same applies in DIY-ing E-liquids; it is a must not to sacrifice the flavors for a higher nicotine level. Smart nicotine use is the answer for an enjoyable and Fruitful Vape Journey.

Vaping FAQ: The World of Atomizers

Since the invention of the modern e-cigarette we have witness 3 big stages in its development especially in the Atomizer section.

The first stage: Launch of the earliest e-cigarette with a battery and a cartomizer, but because of its weak heating power, it has been on the mainstream for a while and kind of forgotten by the new generation of vapers.

The second stage: Launch of the EGO/CE series, as an alternative to the traditional cigarette, the EGO/CE series was an important revolution for e-cigarette industries as it has a tank which can stores E-liquids plus stronger battry system.

The third stage: Launch of disposable atomizers, rebuildable tanks and rebuildable dripper atomizers period in which we are in today.

There are various technical types of e-cigarette, mechanical battery, electronic battery, coils winding, thick vape and so on. Nowadays e-cigarette usage or we call today as Vaping has transformed from physiological enjoyment to psychological one.

Sine e-cigarette is facing great challenges in the field of regulations and conflicting reports on their advantages and disadvantages, learning more about its use and means is a must.

Type of Atomizers

RDA

Rebuildable Atomizer(RBA): It is a general designation for all atomizers which can be rebuilt. Under this category lies RDA and RTA.

Rebuildable Dripper Atomizer(RDA): It is used to produce thick vape  and is commonly used on vape cloud competitions. You just drip juice on the coils and wick.

RTA

Rebuildable Tank Atomizer(RTA): It is the most popular among Vapers. This is where you use a tank to hold the liquids instead of dripping.

Replaceable Atomizer: It is the end atomizer that cannot be re-build. So it needs to be changed after certain consumption.

Now let’s share some Vaping FAQ regarding the use of atomizers:

1.Why does the e-liquid leak from the air hole?
There is a chance that the atomizer tank is not screwed very well or the regulating ring in the sealed tank has cracked or was not properly installed. An atomizer with bad quality also can lead to this circumstance.

2. Why does the e-liquid sound like frying oil while vaping?
Due to the capillarity, the e-liquid was inhaled without being heated to transform it to aerosol since the outlet is too close to the heating coil. It can be resolved after checking the status of heating coil and adjust the distance between atomizer core and the air hole.

3. Why do I hear “zilazila” while vaping?
It is produced by the heating coil when the e-liquid vaporized. Generally, the faster the speed of e-liquid supplied, the more obvious the sound. It sounds slight and wonderful if with good quality atomizer.

4. Why do I feel that the e-liquid is in my mouth after vaping?
The e-liquid might be inhaled without vaporizing completely due to fast e-liquid supply and impetuous inhaling; the unsealed e-liquid tank can also result to that problem. Please check if the speed of e-liquid supplied is too fast or if it is leaked in the sealed tank.

5. Why does it smell/taste burnt?
Generally, there are 2 reasons. First is that the e-liquid on the cotton core vaporizing process is too fast and it can be resolved via reducing heating power or enlarging the square of e-liquid absorbent. Note that we can only decrease the battery output Voltage for most of the disposable atomizers since their e-liquid absorbent cannot be changed. We suggest you to find the most appropriate output of power by adjusting voltage with a voltage regulated battery. The second is that the e-liquid cannot wet the cotton core because it is too thick, that results in cotton core burning only. When the VG ratio in the e-liquid is too high it is more difficult to wet the cotton core, so it has burnt smell and taste when vaping.

6. Why is my transparent tank cracked?
Transparent tank is the storage tank in rebuildable tank atomizer which is made of acrylic, also named as Polymeric Methyl Methacrylate (PMMA); it can be corroded by VG easily. Once density of VG is too high, the acrylic tank could be corroded or even cracked. However, VG is a basic content of the e-liquid, so we never recommend e-liquid with high VG into acrylic tank to e-cigarette smokers. Please DO NOT use acrylic tank atomizer with pure VG.

7. What are stainless tank, glass tank and acrylic tank? And what is the difference among them?
Stainless, glass and acrylic is the raw material for tanks of rebuildable tank atomizer. They all have their own characteristics. Stainless tank is firm and beautiful, but to judge its capacity of storing e-liquid we can only refer to the taste and vaping experience. For the glass tank, we can clearly identify the level of e-liquid stored but it is breakable. Acrylic tank is also breakable, and the most important is that, not all kinds of e-liquids can be stored in it, since some e-liquid contain high density of VG which can crack acrylic tank. However, it they are very convenient to rebuild. Note that the capacity of e-liquids storage in some acrylic tank atomizers is higher than the one in stainless tank and glass tank.

8.What is single coil, double coils? What is the advantage of multiple coils?
Single coil, double coils, as their names implies, is the quantity of coil in the atomizer. Changing the contact area between coil and e-liquid while it is being vaporized to produce thick vape by adding more coils. We suggest you to vape from single coil if you do not know related information about resistance and power very well.

9.How to produce thick vape?

With high power, low resistance or fast absorption of e-liquids we can produce thick vapor. We do not suggest all new vapers try thick vapor as it needs accumulation of rich experience. (Thick vapor) vaper is who uses rebuildable dropper atomizer.

10.How to use rebuildable dropper atomizer?
Thanks to simple construction, convenient to rebuild and much thick vapor, there are so many fans of rebuildable dropper atomizers. It produces thick vapor through the heating coil and the e-liquid vaporized under high temperature by dropping e-liquid on the coil directly. To pursue the ultimate effect, vapers use rebuildable dropper atomizers with multiple coils. However, you should have a rich experience and skills on installing coils. And since the more coils installed, the more related knowledge about voltage and power is needed, so please ensure that you know drop devices deeply before using them.

11.Why is rebuildable dropper atomizer very hot?
The length of Rebuildable Dropper Atomizer is much shorter than Rebuildable Tank Atomizer and disposable Atomizer. It’s happen with a constant vaping with high heat and continuous firing before the coil cool down absolutely. It is a completely normal phenomenon of accumulation of heat based on this action. Furthermore, We suggest the vapers who use atomizers with multiple coils to check the connection between pins before closing the atomizer tank. It is very dangerous if it is short circuit as it will burn the coils down. If it is too hot to hold it in your hand, please reduce quantity of coils, increase resistance or add cotton on the core to improve the speed of cooling as the output of mechanical battery cannot be changed. For vapers who use high power battery would try to lower the voltage.

12. How long does the wick in the disposable atomizer last?
It depends on the frequency of using it. The atomizer needs to be changed once the flavor tasting is different from previous since it cannot be rebuilt.

13. How to clean the atomizer?
To avoid flavors mixed, you need to clean the atomizer tank before changing different flavors or after a long time using an atomizer also it need to be cleaned. Cleaning method: screw the mouth piece, bottom base and base coil head down, then wash it with water, do not throw the inner silicone sealing ring away after screwing. Before connecting it with battery, please ensure dry the bottom base, otherwise, the battery will be burnt due to short circuit.

HiLIQ as an E-liquid brand provides starter atomizers that are important for new vapers. In order for the flavors to be enjoyed fully, one atomizer is advise for one flavor only. HiLIQ offers cheap and useful atomizers as low as $1.99 (Replaceabe Atomizers) to $12 (Rebuildable Tank Atomizers) for daily use.

There are many different model and style of Atomizers available now in the market, truly, they’re having their own world in which we, the Vapers, are the ones living on it.

IMPORTATION RULES PER COUNTRY THAT YOU MUST KNOW

Importation rules vary from country to country as the legal status of E-cigarette and E-liquids are currently pending in many countries worldwide due to several reasons that we may or may not agree. However, it is good to note that Vaping is still active and growing amidst on-going government approval, long-standing debates and general public scrutiny.

While buying on local stores can help avoid delivery and customs issues, oversea-online-shopping can also be a total convenience once done correctly with the right brand and information.

HiLIQ, as direct supplier brand delivering to over 160 countries worldwide has collected information of the legal status and importation rules per special country that one should keep in mind before buying.

In order for our clients to exactly know our current abilities in delivering to these special countries, we share our current experience as classified below:

Broad Experience                           Moderate Experience                        Limited Experience

Blog

United States: Broad Experience

Regulation profiles vary per state. The sell, use and advertisement of Electronic cigarettes are federally permitted but individual states have had their own restrictions. As of July 2014, 44 states had planned or enacted 74 regulations addressing e-cigarettes, electronic smoking devices, or vapor products.

While all this remain confusing to US buyers, HiLIQ still consider US as one of the biggest market to import E-liquids overseas and speaking on behalf of our experience, US buyers can still products from us without problem.

Canada: Broad Experience

Unlike US, Canada seem to have a firm stand on E-cigarettes and E-liquid as it posed a strict ban on it on importation. Canadian Customs and Health Canada officials has the right to confiscate all e-liquids (Nicotine and non-nicotine) being imported over their border.

In general, the use of E-cigarette and E-liquid in CA is legal but importation takes a hard time. If you want supplies, the local store will be your best way. On the other hand, if you are really considering an oversea-import, HiLIQ has extensive and broad experience.

Europe: Broad Experience

European countries are very particular with declaration of ingredients in bottles, warning labels and general packaging of the product. The European Parliament approved last February of 2014 regulations for tobacco products which Electronic cigarettes are including as classified. The new regulation includes forbidding of E-cig advertisement, limiting nicotine concentration, limiting of liquid bottle volume to be sold and requiring child-proof and tamper proof bottles package among others. Cross-border distance sales will not be banned at EU-level, but individual Member States may choose to ban such sales. So far, HiLIQ is able to deliver to EU union as the import, sale and use is permitted in general. Let’s see how each country in EU status.

Austria: Moderate Experience — Catridges / E-liquids with Nicotine containing cartriges are considered as medicinal products and E-cigarettes are classified as a medical device.
Bulgaria: Moderate Experience: Sale and Use of E-cig is legal as well as the sale of liquids with nicotine. No Specific Regulation from Europe.
Czech Republic: Moderate Experience — Use is legal but sale is regulated the same way with conventional smokes. Online sale is said to be illegal due to impossibility to confirm buyers’ age but this rule is not imposed strictly and many E-shops has been around.
Denmark: Broad Experience — E-liquid with Nicotine is considered Medicinal Products. Authorization is required.
Estonia: Limited Experience — Previously had E-cig ban by the Estonian State Agency of Medicines but was overturned in court on 7 March 2013.Now. Only low nicotine is allowed.
Finland: Broad Experience — No E-cig/E-liq adverstisement but non-nicotine E-liquid can still be sold. Importation overseas is allowed for 3 months supply.
France: Broad Experience — Use and Importation is allowed. Nicotine levels should be low or 0. 20mg/ml and higher need medical advice or special permit.
Germany: Broad Experience — the sale and use of electronic cigarettes are legal.
Hungary: Moderate Experience — Sale and use of electronic cigarettes are legal but liquids with nicotine is illegal.
Ireland: Broad Experience — Sale and use of electronic cigarettes are legal.
Italy: Broad Experience — Import and use is legal but strictly for adult use only.
Latvia: Limited Experience — E-cigarettes and E-liquids are legal.
Lithuania: Limited Experience — E-cigarettes and E-liquids are legal.
Netherlands: Moderate Experience — Use and sale of electronic cigarettes is allowed, advertising is restricted.
Norway: Moderate Experience — Sale and use of electronic cigarettes are legal, but E-liquid nicotine should be only purchase in EEA member states like UK.
In Poland: Moderate Experience — the sale and use of electronic cigarettes are legal.
In Portugal: Moderate Experience — E-liquid with nicotine it is restricted, without nicotine it is not regulated.
In Romania: Moderate Experience — Use of electronic cigarettes are legal however it is a courtesy rule not to sell it to minors.
Switzerland: Broad Experience — Non-nicotine E-liquid is legal. Importation is allowed and as of December 2011, the tobacco tax does not apply to e-cigarettes and respective liquids containing nicotine.
Turkey: Moderate Experience — E-cigs and E-liquids are legal but is supervised. Can’t be sold to minors and prohibited to use indoors.
United Kingdom: Broad Experience — Use, sale and advertising of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids are legal and is covered by smoking bans. Strictly for adult use only.

Australia: Broad Experience

The sales of nicotine based e-cigarettes are prohibited by Australian Federal Laws. Shops in Australia may only sell ecig with no-nicotine. While the retail sale of E-cig is illegal, federally, consumers can purchase nicotine-based E-cigarettes/ liquids for their own personal use as long as it is from international online vendors like HiLIQ. Under the Therapeutic Goods Personal Importation Sheme — a consumer is allowed to import up to 3 months supply per delivery and no more than 15 months supply imported over a 12-month period. There will be no GST (Goods and Services Tax) Fee once the order is placed over international supplier and under $1000 purchase threshold. So, if not all, most of our Australian customers enjoy tax and duty free package delivery with door to door service.

*Check your most recent state laws governing the purchase of E-cigs with nicotine content from international sources as it varies per state and from time to time.

New Zealand: Broad Experience — Unlike in Australia, the nearby county, New Zealand got their E-cigarette and E-liquids regulated. E-liquids with Nicotine are considered medicinal products while E-cigarette is considered as medical device

ASIA: Broad Experience
In general, Asia is starting to follow US and EU standard and rules. E-cigarette and E-liquid are mostly accepted and is only dedicated for adult use but individual countries in Asia has set their own restrictions on sale, use, advertisement and importation.

Korea: Broad Experience — The sale and use and importation of non-nicotine e-liquids are allowed but there is corresponding tax when nicotine is imported.
Japan: Broad Experience — The sale, use and import is allowed.
Thailand: Broad Experience — The sales and use is regulated. Import on E-liquids with nicotine is upon discretion of customs and may pay tax.
Malaysia: Broad Experience — The sales and use is regulated. Import on E-liquids with nicotine is upon discretion of customs and may pay tax.

There are other countries which we deliver to, thus this document needs continuous update. Place new information and rules relative to this in the comment section below and together, let’s build a closer and more possible vaping community for everybody.
